What is SimRlink™?

SimRlink™ is our own wireless communication method that allows our products to "talk" to each other and share information between them

How it works

For the DIY Shifter box to work you must have a SimRlink™ Receiver box with shifter support installed.

The SimRlink™ Receiver boxes come with the Pro and Pro+ handbrakes and at purchase you have the option to add support for a shifter.

you can also purchase the SimRlink™ receiver box separately this will gives you access to a handbrake option with another diy handbrake box

When you use your DIY Shifter the switches will be connected to the DIY Shifter box , when you shift up this will send the command to console and same with down ,

How to connect

You simply wire up 2 switches , a down shift switch and Up shift switch these must be monetary type switches the other connection of the switch will connect to ground (black wire in our picture

We have used arcade type joystick to show how simple it is to use something like this for a shifter , but you can make it any way you wish all you need is 2 switches the design is up to you

we have made a converted PC shifter which will also work with this product if we do start selling them in future.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be packaged in suitable packaging so not to damage the item on return.
Return for non working item
We always try to resolve non working item issues via email , so if you get your item and can not get it working as you expect please email us simrtec@gmail.com , in the event we can not get the item working via email , and a part failure is causing the issue we try to send out parts ( to save sending the item back ) , but at this point if you wish to return the item you can , if we find we are at fault we will discuss options case by case basis for international returns, UK returns is not an issue just return item
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund to the method of payment used to purchase the item. within 7 working day , depending on your card issuer's policies.
